Afternoon Heather
I sincerely want to thank both you and Eric for repairing my Ferrari 328. She runs and starts perfectly now. I also think it was a big deal that you folks not only refunded some of the towing bills but elected not to charge me for today’s work. Truly unexpected but very much appreciated. I always have confidence that Eric can fix anything and moreover that I am always treated fairly. Ferrari repairs are expensive however you folks always diagnose what needs to be repaired and I feel charged appropriately. Nothing is cheap but F Imports offers great value here in Naples. But for you folks, I probably would have needed to get rid of the car years ago! I just wanted you and Eric to know how much both Kim and I appreciate F Imports’s repairs and courteous service!!
